Migration

Migration of IP or TDM based Centrex Systems and Legacy TDM PBXs (Nortel / Avaya) deployments to Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions comes with challenges and added complexities. To start, we need Solution Architects, System and Implementation engineers who are well versed from both the technical worlds to successfully complete these deployments.

The Old Generation TDM PBXs have CLI based configuration access and a text based configuration files that are difficult to interpret suitably for Cisco UC environment. The migration technical team needs a thorough knowledge of required parameters in the Bulk Loader templates for Cisco UC environment.

Our Migration tool bridges the gap between TDM configuration files and UC bulk configuration templates. The software is part of our UC migration service, which delivers end-to-end migration of your IPT with least user intervention.

Our Cisco UC migration support service involves extracting, analyzing and reformatting the Data from Nortel or Avaya and to Cisco bulk provision format.

Our migration services are in line with Cisco Advanced Services methodology to implement and migrate telephony environments.
