Offshore Development Center

  • Eljay would work as the partner’s ODC, providing resources based on the skill set and experience required for the project
  • The IP Rights of the products would remain with the partner
  • The project planning (the Analysis, Architecture and Design, Development and Testing) would be done by the partner which is executed in the ODC
  • Eljay would build a team as per project requirements, time lines and manage the project for accountability, confidentiality and deliverability for the partner
  • There will be a Project Manager assigned for the partner as one point of contact, and the Project Manager would coordinate the deliverables to the partner on a daily basis
  • Project Manager will ensure the ODC team synchronizes effectively with the Partner’s team and we will have periodic reviews

Process & Communication: Quality Management

  • Communication & Etiquette -Engineers involved in direct Client interaction are trained and monitored by Eljay’s Communications Trainer for overseas clients
  • Due Diligence -All tasks, internal & external communications are subject to periodic quality audits
  • Most of engineers in production are ITIL Certified
  • BCP -Business Continuity plan for the site (alternate site) and the infrastructure (alternate connectivity)
  • Trend Analysis -Volume trend, trend on quality & productivity
  • CAPA -corrective action/preventive action, review by quality team followed by regular feedback session to the engineers
