Managed Unified Communications

Eljay provides Managed Unified Communications of Cisco. Our specialization includes proactive monitoring of Cisco Unified Communications solutions. We provide high end technical support all the elements of Unified communications like IP telephony systems, Unified Messaging Systems, Unified Presence Systems and Fixed and Mobile Convergence Networks. Managed Network Services

Eljay provides Network Monitoring and Management through customer verification, trouble ticket management, hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnostics. Managed Network Monitoring involves High End Management of client's network infrastructure which includes advanced level diagnostics and troubleshooting for complex networking technologies such as MPLS WAN, Metro Ethernet, VPN, AVVID, CS100, BCM, CRG etc

Managed Router Service

Eljay provides a single point of contact & accountability for configuring and proactively managing customer premise based network routing devices. MRS includes device management, configuration management, proactive & reactive troubleshooting and notification. For complex problems, Eljay opens up and follows up tickets with respective vendor Technical Assistance centers on behalf of the customer. All these services are rendered remotely by Cisco Certified engineers directly from Eljay's Network Operations Center (NOC).

Managed VPN / IP-VPN

Eljay's Managed Virtual Private Networks (VPN) Services meets the business requirements for IPSec-based Site-to-Site VPNs as well as clientless SSL Remote Access VPNs. As VPNs are logical, private networks built over a shared or public infrastructure such as the Internet, utilizing the Internet and Managed VPN service from Eljay allows businesses to enjoy the same security, reliability and manageability, as they do in their own T1, Frame Relay or ATM-based private networks. In addition, VPNs allow the end customer to leverage the cost advantages of a shared network.

Asset/ Inventory Management

Eljay provides accurate IT asset management & network inventory tracking functionality covering both hardware and software, across Windows and Linux workstations. Eljay provides managed IP PBX services for hosted and premise based solutions for Service Providers. In the hosted IP PBX solution, Eljay provides Level 1 & Level 2 support services remotely.
